VP at the Hard Rock

During my last stay at the Hard Rock I found that most of the quarter 8-5 bonus poker was downgraded.

My question is was it downgraded to 7-5 or 6-5? I can't remember.

I am sure the bar games would be 6-5, but can't remember the floor games.

I know I can play 8-5 on the multi-strike, but that gets out of my price range at max play.

I have comped rooms for the summer, but even that won't get me to play bad games,

8/5 BP exists at the $1 and up level at the Hard Rock.

Towards the end of January of this year they doubled the coin-in requirements to $4 per point on most video poker, which makes the effective rate .025%, probably one of the lowest rates in town.

Prior to the downgrade, the play was marginable at best, and that was only on point multiplier days. After the downgrade it just isn't playable.

The 25c BP that I have seen there recently are all 7/5. I haven't looked at the bars. And if you play a machine with no $1 or higher games on it, it is still only $2 per point instead of $4.
