VP at the Plaza?

I'm torn. We're going to be in Vegas for a week in late July; we have two nights at the Plaza, three at MSS (where we've been staying for about six years), and two at the El Cortez. We've enjoyed the Four Queens and I really want to stay on their radar, but I've always wanted to stay at the El Cortez and maybe get established there, we always spend a few afternoons at the El and love it.

So I booked at the El, and now I get a juicy mailer from the Four Queens: three nights (we only need two), $80 FP and $75 food. We're low rollers, and this is a damned good offer for us. So, as much as I like the remodel at the Plaza, their VP is pretty limited. Thinking about cancelling the Plaza and moving to the Queens.

vpFree2 hasn't updated their inventory for the Plaza in the past few months. Does anyone know if the 9/6 JoB machines are still there? There were only three, back by the Swingers Lounge. If they're gone, that will probably make the decision for us. Anybody know? Thanks!
9/6 JOB was still there(same location) the third week of April. Great location - right by the dressing room for the sweet little blackjack dancers....
As far as I know, you can ask them to take a look at your combined action if you play at both Plaza as well as Las Vegas Club. Otherwise, when I was last there (but that was at the end of February), the machines at Plaza were still there. Plaza also has a daily Slot Tournament which only takes 25 points to qualify for it.

Four Queens keep sending me offers for 3 comped nights plus a free slot tournament.
Dates that I can go are limited and don't usually match the dates of their tournaments.
Did anyone ever ask them for different nights without the tournament? Thinking of calling them.

Thanks for the info, everyone. Not sure what I'll do, I'm pretty attached to the Plaza, but I like the Four QUeens' VP inventory and it's a really good offer.

Tony, I'm getting those VP and slot tourney offers, too, usually too short notice for me, though. I'm also getting comparable room offers two months at a time. Regardless, I bet if you call a host they'd do something for you.
If I'm understanding this promotion/offer correctly, at least for the Four Queens offer that's good through June, this "Slot Tournament" isn't necessarily a normal Slot Tournament. It seems to be more like a promotional Slot Machine where your score will determine how much additional Freeplay (on top of what you've already been offered during this time period) you will end up getting!

RecVP, I think the other posts ARE referring to true Slot Tournament offers. The Four Queens is sending out these offers it seems every two weeks (tournament with 3 nights). The only mention of the promotional offer for slot play for free play (which you are talking about) is on the May-June monthly room offer, sent out over a month ago, which doesn't sound to me what the other posters are referring to.

Back to the original posters question: the regular Four Queens non tournament room offers go out in 2 month offers. I received the July-August regular room (non slot tournament) offer this week. If you don't receive that one soon, I would assume then that somehow you qualify for the tournament offers, but not for the bi-monthly general room offer.

Well Ok wjkomo, well then I've never received an offer like that before (although then again I usually play about a bit over 200 points per trip)!

So what I get is two night offers (Sun-Thurs) plus some Freeplay but I'm fine with that.

I did already get the July-August offer as well which is once again 2 Free Nights (Sun-Thurs) plus some Freeplay.

Since you will be staying downtown, you could always double book and stay at all of the aforementioned casinos.

Thought about that, but we're really low-rollers and I think we need to concentrate our play at one place. It's tempting, though.
