VP Downgrade Harrah's LV?

I hear rumors that Harrah's had down graded VP at all of it's Las Vegas properties. Normally play .50 or $1 VP at Planet Hollywood as a 9/5 or 9/6 game. Does anyone know if these have been downgraded?

Deciding on whether to take a trip to Vegas or not. Information appreciated.

Thanks,

Bob
There is a thread about this in the "Harrah's Caesars" Message Board on this website and the VPFree2.com information is supposedly good as of April 18, 2015. I think that there may be some better VP at the $1 level at Rio, so you could check there.

I believe all the 25c and 50c video poker at the strip Harrah's casinos have been downgraded to under-98% payback. They still have some $1 and higher 98%+ games. It looks to me that vpFREE2.com has the right info.

For example, here's the Planet Hollywood page: https://www.vpfree2.com/casino/planet-hollywood-resort-casino-las-vegas

If what VPFree2.com has listed for Rio is accurate, then it still has 7/5 Bonus Poker at the Quarter level.

Appreciate the info. Not that the Wynne is the king of video poker, but I think I'll use my free rooms and $300 gambling credit this trip. Harrah's appears to be driving away players instead of encouraging them.

Right you are. I saw those 25c 7/5 BP progressives recently at the Rio myself.

Note that my previous post only said that the strip Harrah's casinos had downgraded 25c and 50c games. That doesn't include the Rio.

I did note that but I figured that since Rio is pretty close to the Strip, if someone still wanted to play something that wasn't the worst thing (depending on how someone feels not only about playing but also maybe about receiving comps), then Rio was at least somewhat of a playing option.

But also, I was slightly more aiming my comment there to the original poster who said that Harrah's had downgraded VP at all of its LV properties.
