There are a lot of people who have made a lot of money at on line casinos. Your blanket statement is just not correct. There are shady on line casinos for sure but that is just one more expense. There is still money to be made.

Why would I trust an Internet gambling site?

How would you know that you are not being cheated?

It just sounds really shady,to me.

Gee,I would prefer to be dealt REAL cards from a REAL human dealer.

Yes,I could be cheated that way.

How are Internet gambling sites controlled/regulated and by whom?

That's the point. You can't tell if you're being cheated and you have absolutely no recourse whatsoever if you think you've been cheated. Heck, you can't even tell where the actual company is or what jurisdiction it's in. There is no international oversight of gambling sites. There might be national oversight, but first you'd have to find out what country the compnay operates in. Good luck with that--the actual server is usually in the Seychelles or something like that.

I suggest, as an exciting alternative, my new telephone blackjack. Play with a live dealer, who will tell you what cards you've been dealt!
