I just ended up finding info on the Wizard Of Odds site about using Non-Negotiable Chips on the different games and what returns are faced. That was very interesting, so do check it out! Do note that for Blackjack, for comparison purposes, the Wizard chose a 6 Deck game with Blackjack paying 3 To 2 plus other rules including Double Down After Splitting Pairs, Resplit Aces and No Surrender and so this example may not be so accurate.
It's found at: https://wizardofodds.com/gambling/promotional-chips and then from there, scroll down to "Non-Negotiable Chips" and then go to the "Values" section to see the breakdown between the different types of bets and what the return rate is.

According to the link above from the Wizard Of Odds, of the games that these chips appear to be restricted to (Blackjack, Craps and Roulette), playing them on Blackjack offers the highest return rate. But if Blackjack is paying 6 To 5 instead, then I wonder if that is still the case (although it still might be).
