Won/loss statements

I noticed that some casinos post the W/L statements online for you to download with appropriate sign on credentials, some make you send in a separate notarized statement to get your statement in the mail and one of our local casinos said I need to show up in person with a photo ID.

Generally my W/L statements follow a similar theme; "not guaranteed to be accurate......." along with an approximation of my degenerate gambling broken out by tables and slots.

Our other local casino sent me a gambling log, literally every day, time spent, coin in, coin out, with an aggregate won and loss. I was amazed at the level of detail and wondered if anyone else had run into a more detailed won loss statement from anywhere.

BTW- yes I am late on my taxes but filed for an extension.
I keep really good records of my gambling, so I don't normally need to rely on win/loss statements, but no, I haven't run across any that detailed. I would LOVE it if they all did that, though. It would be cool to be able to compare their daily records to mine!

Mare! have not seen any postings in sometime from you. Hope all is well with yourself and Scott.
Not sure about your gaming but everyplace I seem to go it is getting harder too squeeze a win. Have had a few small jackpots $1500-1800. but nothing that is showing me as a winner for the year.

Are you basically still playing VP? Seems the numbers playing has dropped off sharply at our casinos of choice. Very few royal flushes get posted here and I don't see any in person at the casino's either.
Anyway, hope everything with your business is going well. Stop by a bit more often.
Mare-

Let me echo rdwoodpecker's comments. It is nice to see a post from you. I keep mostly good records although they seldom completely match my won/loss statements.

rdwoodpecker: While I had a nice winning trip last time in Vegas, I did it without any RFs. One of our local casinos (here in Iowa) became unplayable when they reduced what was already marginal pay tables on their video poker.

Thanks, Randy and Paul! Business is a bit slow and Scott was just diagnosed with bronchitis 10 minutes ago, but everything else is fine.

Yes, still playing primarily VP. You know me, not an advantage player (by any stretch of the imagination), but I have managed to come out ahead so far this year. Currently 7 Stars in CET system (but mad at them for the recent horrible cuts), gold at Cosmo, gold at MGM, and also getting some gambling in at Westgate (formerly LVH) and just started back at Four Queens. I took a couple years off, but I've been going back now since mid 2013 and going once or twice a month.

I've been posting my trip reports over at LVAdvice.com (super easy to post over there), so if you're interested I think these are all my trips so far this year:

I've managed a few royals this year:

2015 ROYALS
January 24: dollar royal in diamonds at Westgate for $4,000.
February 8: dollar royal in clubs at Four Queens for $4,000 (my card).
February 8: dollar royal in clubs at Four Queens for $4,000 (Scott’s card).
February 8: dollar royal in clubs at Harrah’s for $4,177.
March 7: dollar royal in clubs at MGM Grand for $4,000.
April 11: dollar progressive royal in spades at Cosmopolitan for $7969.

Paul -- I've found that most of my win/loss statements are very close to my records. With some, I need to add in the free play they've given me since they count it, but it's normally within a couple hundred dollars after that.

Hope all is well with you guys and Beth and Sonja, too!

Mare,

Thanks for the links- I need to spend more time on that site as I recall several LVA refugees are there.

Love those royals!

Sorry to hear about Scott's bronchitis- hopefully that will be resolved easily.

Thanks, Paul! I'm hoping he's better quickly because I booked a trip to Cosmo this weekend! If he's not better he'll be left behind. lol

Yes, LVAdvice.com is made up mostly of LVA people. Very friendly place.

Get better Scott!
Just love the cosmo, have stayed a couple of times. Have learned one thing, NEVER a room on the strip view side again (east) music "thump" was crazy until 4 am when they shut down. Not sure just where it was coming from. No sleep prior to having to get up at 5am and catch our plane!
For our next trip there first of June gonna ask for Bellagio view or, hell if nothing else south view of another building! Getting too old I guess. Good luck on your trip!
Yeah, we heard that noise last time, too. I like to sleep with the sliding terrace door open for fresh air and we had to shut it (and we had a fountain view - East Tower). We couldn't figure out where it was coming from, either!

Thanks! I'd sure love a repeat of two weeks ago at Cosmo, but I doubt the progressive will be that high this soon to chase it!
Nice hit on your last visit and good luck on your visit this weekend!
