You've got two different sites mixed up. Bet21 is/was a gambling site that featured cash BJ games as well as BJT's on a regular basis. ClubWPT started out as UBT.com (I think), became ClubUBT, then ClubUWin, and is now ClubWPT. The "Club" site started out as a freebie game with a single big prize at the end of the road but is now a subscription-based sweepstakes style BJT site, while Bet21 is/was strictly cash entry fees.
As far as the Ultimate Bet scandal, all of the hullabaloo resulting from the discovery of blatant cheating was on the poker side of it. Don't think blackjack was involved but don't quote me.
