There comes a time in life when a Champion racehorse no longer can run with the big dogs and at that time, the usual outcome for the champion is to be retired to a "Stud" farm to produce other champion racehorses. Well this past Sunday a Champion racehorse who has not run a race/tournament in a long time escaped the stud farm barn and showed up at the Golden Nugget Dice Tournament.
Like a true champion, he made the final table and finished in 4th place. From on hand reports if one more number is rolled he would have passed the others in the stretch run to take control of the race and take the lead. Nevertheless, for the old guy that was not to be but 4th place is nothing to sneeze about.
Congrats are in order for a true tournament Champion who can run with the Big Boys no matter how long he has been on the farm grazing.
Well done Anthony Curtis!!!
