UB to relaunch new Tournament Blackjack schedule

Two questions:

1. The last time UB (Bet21 skin) launched BJ tourneys, the BJ tourneys did NOT contribute to clearing the bonus as was promised or at least implied. Are you sure that BJ tourneys will now lead to the clearing of the bonus?

2. About a year ago I was told that BJ tourney entry fees do not contribute Rake paid and thus did not contribute to rakeback despite their terms saying all tournament fees. This little tidbit led me to stop all play there. Has this rule changed or will there still not be rakeback on BJ tourneys?

My understanding is that tournament play is counted in clearing bonus dollars. We will absolutely verify this in the next few days. Not sure about the status of rake-back.

More delays on UB's end, but that's normal. We're getting things from them that we need, so I know it's moving.

I just went to UB.com and all I could find was a FBI logo and list of law statures that has something to do with illegal gambling. This isn't something to do with Russ Hamilton is it?

Today, the U.S. government has shut down the major poker websites, including Poker Stars, Full Tilt, and Absolute Poker. The government jailed people in Utah and Nevada.

Interesting that Scott Tom was named as an owner of UB/AP in the indictment and yet everyone has said it has new owners.
