Beware of Bookmakers "Brackett Madness" contest!

I thought that I'd share with LVA'ers my experience yesterday after signing up for their "Brackett Madness 2012" contest.

First of all after agreeing to pay $10.00 and then submitting my brackett...nothing appeared either in the "entries submitted column" nor was the $10.00 deducted. I contacted help desk twice. 1st time (around 3 p.m. EST) I was told the problem should be fixed and "check back in about an hour". The 2nd time (approx 9 p.m.) I was told check back tomorrow.

2ndly the fine print of the contest states that if you don't have at least $300.00 worth of wagers then you are only eligible for 10% fo the prize money...and that $300.00 has to be wagered by 3/18...not by the championship.

3rd the tie breaker "Grand Salami" is the total of "both semi-final games and the final game"...not just the championship game score!

Note: It also says if you dep $300.00 or more you get a "free entry" but I cant speak to that!

Beware..read the fine print and make sure your entry is counted!!!

Just thought that I would share with fellow Lva'ers
