ClubWPT problems?

I understand that ClubWPT recently merged (was bought by?) another on-line site. Now I hear players saying that checks for winning are bouncing. Anyone know anything?

being a member of Club WPT my self, I've read some chat about checks bouncing. One case the person said they had returned check fees and overdraft fees and the Club made good the check and the returned check fees but was balking at the overdraft fees.

Damn and I just joined yesterday!

I'm still waiting to collect on winnings from the last week of Feb. to now. It has usually take 25-30 days to get a check, but they are now replying to my queries with a statement that the outside company the use to issue the checks is having problems. "Please bear with us until we get this matter resolved." But they take my $$ every month.

With the virtual shutdown of Tilt, etc., this is about the only plkace I know of to play for anything. Maybe.

I've never had any problems in the past. usually 2 to 4 weeks to recieve payment after claiming your winnings. I did claim $110 in winnings yesterday, I'll see how long it takes em to pay me.

Got a check today for my Feb. winnings and my 1st one in March. I'm not quite so discontent now.
