Pretty hard to use the Nevada online poker

I live in Virginia and used to play online so I anticipated playing legally on a recent visit to Las Vegas. In my opinion, it's no very easy for non-residents to do.

Deposits - Ultimate Poker allows deposit at casinos but WSOP requires checking account debits or MasterCard. My Visa deposit was declined.

Playing - software is user-friendly if you can login. I was able to play while staying at Gold Coast, but the Hampton Inn just off Tropicana apparently uses an ISP not based in Nevada so location tracking blocked login at both sites. You can also login at the airport while you wait for tour flight home. very important to understand that the player pool is still very small so game selection is limited, especially during daytime.

Withdrawals - probably the most problematic part. WSOP requires proof of identity such as driver's license to be e-mailed to them. Not sure how the withdrawal is processed and how quickly. Ultimate Poker sends you a code via text message and processes your request in 3 days. You could pick up the money at one of their casinos, but you've probably left town by then. They will send it to you, presumably by mail, at tour home address.

How I long for NetTeller!! Perhaps it will get easier as other states legalize it. The biggest risk is staying somewhere you can't login due to the ISP issue mentioned above.
With online gambling hovering to magnetize millions of Americans in a probably multi-billion dollar digital gambling marketplace, it's very essential than ever for online poker players to get a secure source for sharing their personal identification details with I-gaming websites. Today when Player Verify's online poker service provider license has been provided the green signal by the Nevada Gaming Commission and the Control Board Technology Division, players can now rest assured of acquiring an extremely secure website possible…thanks!
Turned out not to be too bad to cashout at Stations website. Although the screen indicated a $50 minimum cashout, customer support said that's waived for out-of-state folks. Should get a check in 3-4 weeks for $30. You do need a mobile phone # with text service to get a confirmation code, but that's not bad.

CET can stay in the "bank" for when they offer the service in NJ - should be able to play there more often tah Vegas.
