Best Place to Play Downtown for Beginners and Low Stakes

IMHO the best place downtown is right where you are staying. I play there often.

I agree. The Golden Nugget is probably the busiest poker room downtown. I played in a $2 - $4 limit game the last time I stayed there. Pretty wild loose game. Minimum of 6 players per flop, and almost every pot capped pre-flop. Lots of action!
