In a live 1-2 game, it's more like 20 bbs / 100 for a pretty good player.
Nanonoko's stats are probably a reasonable look at to what's possible, since he plays so much and is so good. Over a million hands (at each limit) he's won 7bbs/100 at 6 max 2-4, 4bbs/100 at 3-6, and 6bbs/100 at 5-1/. And those are all ridiculously tough games compared to live 1/2 NLH.
