Golden Nugget $65 Tournament?

Has any one played in them. I am heading to Vegas in Jan. Thought I would try a few of them. If you have played in them. What did you think of them?

Depends on time of day. daytime will get two or three tables. Late night will get one table.
Play is a typical mix of tight locals and loose tourist.
Structure and rake is pretty reasonable.

Never have any experience with it but i think Late night will get more tables why the only one?

Not sure why. Perhaps just the demographics of downtown. The locals that play there seem to be more interested in jumping in on a table of drunk tourist than grinding it out in a tourny. The tourist themselves seem half asleep by midnight.

I think it depends on the night of the week as well. Friday or Saturday night seemed to be a little better.
Last time I was there they had a Sunday tourny early in the day for $100 entry and a guarantee. It seemed to be a pretty big draw of players.
