The judges used their save way too early this year. They would have saved Pia if they could have. Wonder if the Wisconsin county that did not count 14,000 votes for the Supreme court judge counted for Idol this week

The entire voting system stinks.
How are the votes a reflection of the talent when individual voters can submit hundreds of votes in the same week? Seems to be based more on who can round up the biggest phone-in group to flood the voting.

As we've talked about before....
Winning AI is not the big deal. Pia will make it or not now, on her talent.
I think Scotty (the country guy) has already proven himself. He doesn't need to win the show at all. It doesn't matter now.

However, bottom line: Pia deserved to be in top 3.

What a freaking joke this show has turned into. So far 5 girls and no guys have been eliminated. WTF. Like I said earlier, it's heavily teen and pre-teen girls that are doing the voting. No other logical explanation. Don't forget that the last three years were won by good looking, moderately talented guys. Pia was by far the best "singer" in this group, and the best since Jordin Sparks. And as Simon always used to say; "it's a singing competition". The judges (Moe, Larry, and Shirley) should have a hard time looking at themselves in the mirror after wasting their only save on a hack like Casey and not being able to save Pia.

Pia was my favorite, I always voted for her and the week she was eliminated I voted early and often. I knew she had a chance to get booted off because it's obvious males on the show have an edge. Why? It is because all those young gals vote till their fingers get numb after the show for the guys of their choice. Anyways she has class and a voice and the looks to make her a star as I hope she becomes.
