Annual AIDS Walk Fund Raising LVA Tradition

Two LVA board regulars participate in AIDS walks this time of the year.

Flip has been doing this for 16 years, missing the annual event only once.
His goal is to raise $1,200 and he's about half the way there.
I don't know if he's still hanging around the boards (so I'm stepping in).

Nice of you TB..
I think you put in for me too. Some very Generous souls we have here
I didn't walk this year-- too much going on w/ the painting and carpet, etc.. but I will walk again next year.
as i told them when they called me.
We did the cancer walk on Saturday night. Our stint bracketed midnight. Pretty cool in such a small town to see so many folks out there in the wee wee hours of a chilly coastal a.m. So sad to see so many people in such a small town impacted by cancer.
I am in. Thanks for posting this.

Almost missed this thread. The Kitchen Sink is so pockmarked by political nonsense, sucking all of the energy out of the place, that I seldom visit The Sink these days.
