In our area outside Chicago, a lot of condo and townhome owners are getting pounded on the maintenance fees. Just because 3 or 4 or 10 owners can't or won't pay, doesn't mean that the association haven't got bills to collect on. The foreclosed property fees then get paid by the remaining owners. At lease until they get priced out. And sell the property with sky high fees? It is not good out there....
