OK, I wonder and do not know who to ask.
While spending a boring evening (nothing on TV because of the holidays?) I got the thought that as much as I hate winter I really enjoy Indiana summers. So I looked up the latitude and longitude north then looked to the same south figuring the winter there might make a good vacation spot. Looking at google earth I found hundreds of miles of beaches on both sides of south america. Strange thing is there are no towns or signs of people down there.
The question is........why? Beach front is so valuable in the north why not in the south?
