I figure the Message Title may at least garner some attention. My wife has Celiac Disease, which is essentially an allergy to wheat and gluten products. As the condition has become more well-known, food producers are offering a wide array of gluten-free products, including beer. Her favorite is a beer called Red Bridge, produced by Anheuser Busch. We are headed to LV first week of August - any LVAers aware if any casinos or bars offer Red Bridge or other gluten-free beers? Thanks!
