An odd thought in reaction.
I've been in organizations where if someone gets creative or does something a little different, a manager puts a stop to it, explaining how it might offend someone or cause a lawsuit or cause problems -- "that's not how it's done"..
Southwest has shown, sometimes you can let employees use their judgement and it all works out not only fine, but a little better.
Having managers a little relaxed and not overly sensitive is a good thing.
