I just remembered another song that although I don't think that it specifically mentions flying, had to do with a bad flying incident.

That song is "American Pie" which mentions "The Day The Music Died" which the songwriter said has to do with the deaths (in a plane crash) of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and The Big Bopper.
