Furnishing a new house recommendations

Hi, we are regular visitors to Las Vegas, but always stay in the hotels. 2 years ago we did buy a home 4 miles from the strip for retirement. Retirement has arrived, so we now need to start furnishing it.

Anyone have any recommendations for furniture stores, etc. where we should start the process of furnishing an entire house. There are just two of us. It has a huge master bedroom and 2 small other bedrooms, around 2,800 sq ft house, all it has now is kitchens appliances and washer, dryer. It will be our part-time winter home (we live in Michigan).

RC Willey has 2 stores in Vegas. One is in Henderson off of 215 and the other is in Summerlin at 215 and Town Center. Great selection and good prices. You will also find a big selection at Walker's Furniture on Martin Luther King Blvd near the Smith Center, but the quality is not as good as RC Willey.

We bought a lot of stuff from Willey when we moved here a year ago. Good quality, fair prices and $59 delivery fee covers you for a full year. They also offer free design service and also sell electronics and floor coverings.

Delivery and set up is a must when buying.

Good for you. You are a Lucky person to be able to Retire. With all the talk about reducing and/or eliminating Social Security and Medicare combined with increasing of the entitlement age I might never see this day.

We lucked out & found a little local Furn. store that delivered & set-up.............for $20.
Felt like I won the lottery. lol What a good deal. (wasn't Wiley)

I was going to say to check out the small mom & pop Furn. stores you might drive-by.
I recall a couple of 'em going up Spring Mountain, from the strip.
You may find some really GOOD deals there too.
