Here is a very easy recipe:
Crab Salad Lettuce Wraps:
Sauce:
1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. lime zest 1 tsp ponzu sauce
1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce
For the dressing in a small bow combine mayonnaise, lime juice, lime zest,
ponzu and chili garlic sauce: set aside.
1 (10 oz.) pkg. flake-style imitation crabmeat (surimi), coarsely chopped.
1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, rinsed and drained.
3 green onions, whites only, thinly slice (1/3) cup
Large Boston Bibb lettuce leaves.
Place crabmeat in a large bowl. Coarsely chop water chestnuts, green onions and
dressing to bowl: mix well.
Spoon crab salad into center of each lettuce leaf and serve immediately.
