Greek Yogurt

Around 2 months ago, I started eating Fage almost exclusively with an occasional serving of Open Nature (Safeway's brand). The other morning I had a serving of "organic yogurt" - the stuff I used to love. My first thought was how did I ever eat this!!! Has anyone else become so hooked on Greek yogurt that they can't go back?
Once you try Greek you never go back.
YES!
Found it 2 years ago.
Too rich and thick and creamy- full of flavor and I'm talking the 0% fat free...

Thank goodness Costco Kirkland makes their own version for 1/2 the price..
Fage- all us women at work are crazy about it/
I will not go back to regular crap- spit-tooy- taseless, watery and thin.. ick and ugh.

It's my weekend breakfast treat w/
slices of apple
blueberries
wheat germ
flaxseed
ginger
nuts
pumpkin seeds
2 TBSPs of granola

Love , love LOVE Greek yogurt
I'm a kefir guy. I prefer to drink my yogurt. I buy the plain kefir then mix it in the blender with frozen berries. This way I'm not getting the added sugar they put in flavored kefirs.

Are they fresh-then-frozen berries? Lotta frozen berries are like popsicles.
I liked Greek yogurt the way Noahcat doctors it up.........lots of flavor.

If you just buy plain greek, and eat it that way? Its fairly sour & lumpy.

I think I will stick to greek yogurt, just when at 'Cats.
You can add a spoon of honey and cut back after some time.
or try dark caoca powder on it too/ anything to get you to eat it.

This yogurt is so good for you- your tummy, your intestines, your calcium,
..it behooves you to have some once a day, even if it's a spoonful at a time during a commercial.
helps you sleep too/ Manna of the Greek Gods..

I buy them frozen. They were fresh when they were picked. LOL. I read the labels and make sure the only ingredient listed is the berry. No chemicals, sugar, or artificial sweeteners. I know fresh is better. But if I buy too much fresh produce, I may end up throwing some away. I've bought fresh berries in the past only to see mold on them a couple days later.
I've been eating the yogurt plain with fresh fruit on the side.
I can't believe it's just us..

thanks for this thread!

so good and good for you(se)
