There were some really great DOS-based computer games that were sent to their graves when the later versions of Windows came out and made them unplayable. Doom, Shadow Warrior, Wolfenstein, Duke Nukem... The graphics on those games is a joke by today's standards but they were a blast to play.

I loved duke nuke 'em and doom. In doom i could NEVER beat that last room,drove me nuts. I tried and tried for a month i think,to no avail and finally gave up out of frustration.
