But if the plan is so great why does the seiu (one of it's major supporters) among others need an exemption? Shouldn't they be rushing to take advantage of it's provisions? Perhaps they read the bill & found they don't like it
Or perhaps the full benefits of the bill are implemented over a period of time...as are its members...as is the seiu.
If your plan is so great how come it covers 30 million fewer people at a cost of 500 billion more than the new law?
