Hell's Kitchen

For the fans of the Ramsey TV series.

This season's winner was supposed to be a head chef at the BLT Steakhouse in NYC. In my lunchtime wanderings today; I walked past it and it hasn't opened yet and in fact construction was on hold by the city due to some code violations.

Further google research shows that almost all of the winners of the show left their "job" within a year; one never even started

Thats pretty more interesting, astonishing actually. Thats one of the few shows we like to watch on a pretty regular basis. My wife will be really interested to know this. Thanks.

JOHN
It appears the Faux influence is even spreading to their reality shows. Who'd have thunk it?
Thats not very nice & not right.
Hopefully the Celebrity they receive will get them a better gig elsewhere? I hope so.
I rarely watch as Ramsey in their faces yelling.........I don't like that.

So many shows make promises......

Like on HGTV with Design Stars, their winners actually GET their own shows.
(and nobody is screamed at)
Some are such good personalities, get their own shows anyway, and weren't even winners.

Maybe those Chefs would have better Luck on The Apprentice? lol
Some of those on Apprentice have gone on to do very well, and weren't winners either.

Actually there are a number of reasons for the winners not working & none of them has to do with the show being fraudulent. For example, the most reason winner's restaurant's opening has been delayed (referenced above). In another case, the winner's restaurant was in London and her work visa was denied due to legal troubles. A third chose not to accept.

For those that watch the show we know most of these people couldn't run ther french fry machine at Burger King; so their inability to fulfill the prize is not suprising

Bill is upset that his Yankees were not good enough this year to be on Fox Sports; otherwise known as the World Series
