Keep looking -- there are plenty places for sale. You'll find the one you want.

Go to zillow.com and read their message boards. And then keep reading. And read even more.


Pre approvals over the phone is nothing new. You should be looking at areas of town/houses that might interest you instead of worrying about rates right now.

I should have titled the thread better. It is not interest rates I want to compare, it is all the other BS charges at the beginning of a mortgage.
