Name the song the line is from Part II

OK, back to the country ...

"The G-men, T-men, revenuers, too,
Searchin' for the place where he made his brew"
Don't remember those lyrics from "Thunder Road" and can't think of another moonshine song.....
No, not Thunder Road, Bard. Artie will know this one, I'm sure, if he's out there. Here's a couple more lines --

"The G-men, T-men, revenuers, too,
Searchin' for the place where he made his brew,
They were lookin', trying to book him,
But my daddy kept on cookin' that
____________ ______________"
Well, it has to be mountain dew but I still don't recognize the song.

No, it's not Mountain Dew (that's another song, lol). But you're on the right track.
I'm on no track. Never heard it.
I think this one may have appeared here before. Not too many song lyrics are going to mention "revenuers," but it sure sounds familiar.

Damn, I wish my memory was better.

OK, taking a different approach.

We know it's a two-word title, appears to be another name for moonshine, and mountain dew has already been ruled out.

There's only one other two-word name for moonshine I can think of.

White Lightning?

Yes, it's White Lightnin', by George Jones. A country classic.

I don't believe it's been here before. I did a search for the title before posting these lyrics, and it didn't come up.

Your turn, Jim.
Zowee! That was a shot in the dark.

OK, here's an easy one (I think?) from the early 70s:

Wasn't it me who said
Nothing good's gonna last forever?
