Great song! I Only Have Eyes For You

First recorded pre- WW2 for a movie - don't recall the original singer.
Later, Peggy Lee in early '50's, a great tight harmony group in the late 50's whose name I don't remember I also have versions by Johnny Mathis and Art Garfunkel.

I will ne out most of the day so I'll leave it open

OK - I have one

The time will come to you at last

Good one. Stairway To Heaven, by Led Zep.

From1969:

What happened to the world we knew?

That’s another of my favorites, Jim. “Yester me, Yester you, Yesterday” by Stevie Wonder.

Some 1975:

Hypnotizing, mesmerizing me.
I would appreciate it if you could check out my flying songs ad in kitchen sink.

Thanks

Sorry, first chance I've had to login today. That's December, 1963 (Oh, What A Night), by The Four Seasons.

How 'bout:

Let me change whatever's wrong, and make it right

Whew! I haven’t checked on this all day. Traffic must have been light on this thread. I’m glad you caught it, Jim. Yours is “Let me be there”. I liked it by Olivia Newton-John, but Elvis Presley did it well also.

Next:

She's a walkin' talkin' work of art
She's the girl who stole my heart

"Venus in Blue Jeans?" I'm not at all sure, lol.

If I'm right, go ahead and post another one. I'm blank, and I'm going out.
Yep that was right, Sue.
But I don't have anything handy. I'll be back. But, don't wait for me, if somebody has one, jump in.
