Name the song the line is from Part II

Well, I was going to wait until Sept 30, but the Green Day clue woke me up: Wake Me Up When September Ends.

Here's one from a few decades earlier:

I ain't got no time for lovin"
Cause my time is all used up
I'm a Man by Spencer Davis covered by Chicago....Very Good

Here we go: "You're going to fly high, you're never going to die, you're going to make it if you try, they're going to love you"

Hint From 1975 Wish You were Here Album (showing my age!!)

I don't know the song but, in the event it might help someone else, I'm pretty sure Wish You Were Here was a Pink Floyd album.

I'm stumped. There aren't that many Pink Floyd songs I would get from the words alone. I'll just sit on the side for now.

Have a Cigar Yes Pink Floyd... We will try again
So you think you can tell heaven from hell blue skies from pain. Can you tell a green field from a cold steel rail. Lots of hints previously............Rick

Rick, from that, I’m guessing that you mean same album, different song. If so, I’m still clueless.

I think it somehow stuck in my head long ago that Wish You Were Here was a Pink Floyd album. But, I’ll be damned if I can remember a single track. Sorry.

Hopefully, someone will remember this one.

Just think of the title of the album....That is the last clue and yes you are right, the Album is Wish You Were Here, from Pink Floyd.
Side note as you can tell I am a huge Floyd fan and seeing the Wall on 10/24 at Auburn Hills, Mi
Oops double post...sorry
Uh, Wish You Were Here?
Bard you've got it..Thank heavens...Rick
