Name the song the line is from Part II

That be You've Got To Hide Your Love Away, by somebody or other.

From 1981:

We'd been living together for a million years
Ah ah ah, ah ah ah ah ah
But now it feels so strange out of the atmospheres
Ah ah ah, ah ah ah ah ah

Adding some more lines and, after listening to the song again, I'm going to change the 'ahs' to 'uhs.'

We'd been living together for a million years
Uh uh uh, uh uh uh uh uh
But now it feels so strange out of the atmospheres
Uh uh uh, uh uh uh uh uh
And then the jukebox plays a song I used to know
Uh uh uh, uh uh uh uh uh
And now I'm staring at the bodies as they're dancing so slow
Uh uh uh, uh uh uh uh uh

This song is known by two different names. There's the offical one, that almost nobody uses, and then there's the unofficial one.

Before it was released as a single, it was a track on a 1981 album named (hint) Rockihnroll.

Been away much of the day, but I have to assume this one's been seen and it isn't working.

It was done by the Greg Kihn Band. The actual title is The Breakup Song, but it's more often called They Don't Write 'Em Like That Anymore, from a line in the lyrics.

I'll leave it open.

I don't know that one at all.

Here is one I posted yesterday but we didn't use it as my guess was wrong.

OK - Onto the dance floor -

************* NEW **************

Let's do your left now, let's do your right,
everybody can do it, but don'tcha just do it light.

PS On a different note, sad news out of England. Bert Jansch of Pentangle passed away this week.
We were friends in the sixties but lost touch when I went overseas.
Here is Pentangle - 2 minutes into this clip Bert shows his talent on acoustic fingerstyle guitar -

Hi All,

That reminds me of “Tighten Up” By Archie Bell and the Drells. But I’m sure it’s not quite right. Am I getting warm, Tony?

Smokin' Hot! You nailed it!

Really!!??

Okay, this went to #2 in 1978:

I want some action!
I want to live!
Okay, now. The song was # 2 on the Disco chart, but #5 on Billboard. It also made the top 40 in the UK.

Here are a few more lines:

Please don't talk about love tonight.
Your sweet talking won't make it right.

Is it time to give it up, or is everybody busy?

If nobody posts a reply, I will leave it alone. But, if somebody says so, I will ditch this one and post another. What do you say, People?

I have seen this on my friends Karaoke machine, but don;t know what it is or who recorded it - so I'm out.
