Name the song the line is from Part II

I like that one, Jim. It’s “Devil woman” by Cliff Richards.

This went to #9 in 1974:

When my tears have come to an end
I will understand
What I left behind
Part of me

Those guys had a unique sound. They did some great songs over the years.

Pretty sure that one is I've Been Searchin' So Long, by Chigago.

Going to see if one line will work for this one from 1972 (#1 US/#3 UK):

Well, you're where you should be all the time

That be “You’re So Vain” by Carly Simon. She’s another artist with a unique sound. I like her stuff.

Maybe one line will do for this #3 hit in 1957:

You know I'll bring her in some day
That one is "Searchin" by the Coasters.

How about this one ,I liked all the tions...
Segregation, determination, demonstration,
Integration, aggravation,
Humiliation, obligation to our nation

1,00,000 extra points for this one...
The lamp is burning low upon my table top
The snow is softly falling
The air is still in the silence of my room
I hear your voice softly calling

First one - I know the group but not the song title

But I'll claim your 100,000 extra points with Sarah McLaughlin - Song For a Winter's Night

We only do one song at a time and you got one, Tony. So, it’s your go. I know the first one. But I won’t post anything unless you don’t have one.
What do you say?
Hi Cyndee - Go for it if you have one. I don't at the moment.
Thanks for asking

Tonyrob
Here’s one line:

Tomorrow will be too late

Edited to add: "Ball of confusion" was the other one.

Sounds like Mr Presley - It's Now or Never

*************** NEW***************

A late sixties hit

It's getting near dawn,
When lights close their tired eyes

Good one! That's Sunshine Of Your Love, by Cream.

Earlier 60s here, charted well in US and UK:

Go to him
And show to him
All your devo-o-tion
