Name the song the line is from Part II

Mona Lisa, by Nat King Cole.

Can't think of anything right now. Sorry ...
Okay, here's one from an underrepresented genre:

Try to get yourself a bargain, son-
Don't be sold on the very first one.
That's "Shop Around." Don't know who sang it.

New lyrics --

"When the sun in the morning
Peeps over the hill,
And kisses the roses 'round my windowsill"
Mockingbird Hill, Patti Page.
Edited to add: No, the first version was a duet by Les Paul and Mary Ford.
Smokey, of course, for the last one.

And whenever he joins his friends at their club
(Which takes place at the back of the neighbouring pub)
He loves to regale them if someone else pays
With anecdotes drawn from his palmiest days....

Hint for the above: it's a tune from the second-longest running show in history.
"the second-longest running show in history"

Gunsmoke?
That would be a Broadway show- or the London stage, where it originated.
LOL. Guess I had the other thread about the TV shows on my mind.
And I say now, these kittens, they do not get trained
As we did in the days when Victoria reigned;
They never get drilled in a regular troupe,
And they think they are smart just to jump through a hoop.

If that doesn't do it by noon, somebody else can post one. Too bad J-M is offline on weekends. This show should be a cinch for her.

By the way, the T.S. stands for Thomas Stearns.
The show is obviously "Cats." But I don't know the song.
