Name the song the line is from Part II

Just a guess -- is that "Ain't No Sunshine Since She's Gone?"
WHEN she's gone/ by Bill Withers.
Great voice

she likes the theatre but never comes late
I believe you're correct Sue

"Ain't No Sunshine WHEN She's Gone" .......... Cool Song btw.

I believe that one is “The Lady Is A Tramp” and it’s done by many. The one I have is by Frank Sinatra.

I will counter the most recent theme with this:

Yesterday’s love is like a warm summer breeze

Edit: I changed my mind

Methinks that would be Stormy, by the Classics IV. Great song!

The 1975 studio version of this song went nowhere, but a live rendition released a year later by the same artist did much better:

Moon appears to shine and light the sky
With the help of some fireflies

Gonna guess.. Moondance by Van Morrison.
awaiting to see ifn I'm right (I have been WAY off in the past..)
well, am I? am I?!??

If I am,
New Lyrics:

Dressed up like a million dollar trooper,
Trying hard to look like Gary Cooper

'Cat, yours is Puttin' On The Ritz. I think the original version goes back to the 1920s or 30s, but I also remember a pop version in the 80s by Taco. I think the 80s version did pretty well on the charts.

And, no, Moondance, by Van Morrison, is not correct. Sorry.

Maybe a few more lines would help:

Moon appears to shine and light the sky
With the help of some fireflies
I wonder how they have the power to shine, shine, shine
I can see them under the pine

But don't hesitate, 'cause your love won't wait

That's Louie, Louie by the Kingsmen

Rick
I’m pretty sure that’s “Baby, I Love Your Way” by Peter Frampton.

One from the early 70s:

You want to get the meaning out of each and every song

Pretty sure that's Guitar Man, by Bread. It's a really nice one.

A slice of 1977:

I don't want clever conversation
I never want to work that hard
