From 1977:

It's so easy to hurt others when you can't feel the pain

I know who - but still working on the what!

Goodnight all

That one is “Rich Girl” by Hall and Oates. Great artists and great song.

I think this one line from 1973 might do:

I play my music in the sun

Good night

The Joker ....... by Steve Miller

I really enjoyed his concert a few years back - very talented musician.

My turn .......

"Tell me, who's gonna love you when your looks are gone?"

Love that CD. Cool pic on the cover too.
That is Paul Simon singing Outrageous.

Heading out so I'll leave it open

This one is from the sixties:

As I look back, I can see me lost and searching.

That's a really good one. I've Been Lonely Too Long, by the (Young?) Rascals. Not sure whether they were still young when they did that, lol.

Tony said he was heading out, so I guess it's safe to do an 80s song :

I got to have a shot of what you got is oh so sweet

Logging off for the evening, so I’ll add another line, and a hint:

I got to have a shot of what you got is oh so sweet
You got to make it hot, like a boomerang I need a repeat

The song is from 1983.

It’s a three-man group, consisting of a drummer and two guitarists/singers. The front men are known for their trademark look that involves long beards and sunglasses.

‘Night, all.

Oh I love those guys - gimme all your lovin - ZZ Top

Offsetting Jims Eighties with This in the interests of averaging into middle ground of course I will offer this buried gem from the fifties . . .

***** NEW *****

I hoped and I pray that someday
I'll be the vision of your hap-happiness

"Earth Angel?" Can't recall who sang it.

Here's an easy one ...

"We sang up every song that driver knew"
That's Me and Bobby McGee.

I think that one may have come up once before, because I remember learning that it was a Country hit written by Kris Kristofferson (don't recall who recorded it first), before it became a pop hit for Janis Joplin. Good one!

This 1960 oldie has lyrics that are similar to those in Earth Angel, above:

I'll hope and I'll pray that maybe someday
You'll be back in my arms once again
