Name the song the line is from Part II

I swear, if I could spell I'd be dangerous. memeories? Jesus Christ, Jim.

Back in the 80s, I took a Purchasing Manager for a Japanese company to a baseball game at Shea Stadium in Queens. He was the buyer for one of our biggest customers, and I understood that it was important to keep him happy.

We both had a hot dog and a few beers, and he seemed to be enjoying himself. 'Round about time for the seventh inning stretch, what comes blaring across the stadium speakers?

We Built This City (On Rock and Roll), by Jefferson Starship.

Like almost everyone in the stadium, my Japanese friend got up and danced. He looked down at me and said, "This good song, Jim. You should dance."

Needless to say, I did.

This was a #1 hit in the mid 70s:

After a while we run under a tree
I turn to her and she kisses me

I really like Neil Sedaka’s songs. That’s “Laughter in the rain”.

A little show tune here:

Bittersweet and strange
Finding you can change
Learning you were wrong
Good Morning All,

Do you need hints? I’ll give a few.

This song is the main theme from a popular musical animated film produced by Disney and released in 1991. However, the story is a very old fairytale.
I have more hints but, first I’ll see if these ring a belle.

Well, from your "belle" clue, it has to be from Beauty & the Beast. But I don't know the name of the song -- unless it IS "Beauty & the Beast," LOL.
That's it, Sue. It was recorded by Celine Dione and Peabo Bryson.

What you got?

Edit: I'm spoiled by Spell Check. It let me down.
"Well I wake up in the morning
Fold my hands and pray for rain"
Is that:" God didn't make little green apples?!?"
I am only parcial sure...

Ah - that would be Mr Dylan - Maggies Farm

Here is one -
In a little hill top village they gambled for my clothes,
I bargained for salvation, and they gave me a lethal dose.

Edit -
No takers -Try this one -

You're a tease, you turn 'em on.
Leave 'em burning and then you're gone.
Looking out for another, anyone will do,
you're in the mood for a dance.

Okay, Tony.
That one I know. It’s “Dancing Queen” by ABBA.

Another dance hit:

You can shout out all you want to
'cause there ain't no sin in folks all getting loud
If you take the chance and do it,
then there ain't no one who's gonna put you down
