And there is no basis in US law to compell the government to defend an act so the actions are completely legal.

What about the use of Signing Statements by Presidents. GWB used them quite a bit. But Clinton used them more.

I'm unfamiliar with Slzelsk. How long does it typically take him to acknowledge his lie has been exposed?

That's because "he" is a "she" and "him" is a "her". Perhaps if you paid attention then you might know that. However, your brother Forkush has also called her a man before if that makes you feel better. I don't blame her for not responding to being called a man.
