While b&w tvs, antennae and cassette tapes are all gone, TV Guide will be celebrating it's 60th anniversay next month

My favorite TV Guide review which was so wrong was when Cleveland Amory ended his review by saying "Bewitched won't be watched". Do you also remember trying to put the tuning dial in between channels when the tuner was going?

I remember visiting my grandparents in western Mass and they got CBS very well, NBC ok and if the conditions were perfect a fuzzy ABC.

I remember our first tv which was a Coronet in 1954. After a number of years the knob broke on the dial

So we had to use a pair of pliers to turn the channel selector.
