Sorry to see you go. For me, the membership is only useful if I actually go to vegas and use the coupons. I have book in hand for my trip in April, and I will use many of the coupons, so I am getting my money back. I used to love the trip reports, but they are fewer and fewer.

I am unsure if I will renew this time. I have been a member for many many years, but the last time my membership ran out, when I renewed it got all messed up and i lost all my contacts from my private messages, and it lists me as a new member again. I really don't like that after all I invested. They don't seem willing or able to fix it.

It's best to renew over the phone if you've had that problem happen that way there is no chance of getting a new account made for the same user. The online system is very sensitive with matching up names on renewals.

I always renew over the phone. I haven't had a problem.
