My granddaughter recently moved in with myself and my wife. She brought two very unusual cats that might be a problem for the superstitious.
One is totally black with big yellow -green eyes and no patch of white--even her whiskers are black. If that isn't enough to make her a devils instrument, her normal head position is canted approximately 25 degrees [a result of an earlier seizure]. Disconcerting.
The other is a mix of siamese and tabby. the result is the stripped marking of the tabby and the background coloration of the siamese. Her very blue eyes focus about an inch beyond her nose and in any light can change to a ruby red. Eerie.
Beyond that, they are loving well-behaved normal cats. The black one demands to be caressed and purrs appropriately. The blue-red eyed one is more skittish, but also loving.
