Vegas TV Show

I was watching some episodes from the first season & it appeared to have had some scenes shot @ Mandalay Bay. Did they actually shoot episodes there?

Are you talking about Las Vegas (with James Caan)? I think they did use exterior shots of Mandalay Bay, but the interiors were a set:

Now if you're talking about Vega$ (with Robert Urich), Mandalay Bay wasn't around back then. :-)

I watched the pilot and the one after that & it least in those 2 episodes it looked like a real casino

I do believe the first season or two they shot exteriors and some interiors at MB. They eventually built a set for their "casino," which was used for all interior casino shots. I'm sure this was in place by the third season. BTW, the set for the casino was evedently the largest in Hollywood.
