Credit Unions have low or no fee ATMs.
True, but I've never seen a credit union ATM on a casino floor, at least in Nevada.

The OP is asking us to identify a card that will not charge fees for using cash machines at casinos. I don't think it exists.
I have Wells Fargo and they are by Harrahs right outside at Carnival Court. Wonder if I have Flop Sweat on me when I go there? I know I have on Flip Flops.
Yes, there IS an ATM in Harr. that doesn't charge an ATM fee. Its the only one I know of.
If anyone else knows of any? Please post for op, so Teddy doesn't haunt you. lol
This one I'm talking about is a Wells Fargo ATM machine outside by Carnival Court.

I know sarahnascar. If you read my earlier post, I mentioned the Wells Fargo Atm that you just mentioned.

I was talking about the generic (non-bank) ATM inside Harrahs high limit, that was also mentioned earlier.
Sorry, some days I don't read as well as others. So the construction there has not taken that machine out, right. It still listed on Wells Fargo's website.
Don't think there are any that "refund" fees on a casino ATM. As CLV mentioned there is am ATM in the high roller area.
Wells are probably the easiest ATM's to access. I put at least 1/2 my bankroll in my Wells savings account and access it at local locations. There is one close to the South Point where I usually stay.
Of course you can always give the cashier's window where you stay your money and access it anytime you wish at the tables or window. That way you only have to carry it to Vegas and hopefully back but not around.
Ally bank debit cards refund all atm fees.

I think chakat's right, Ally may actually be a fee-free solution.

Technically, Ally does pass through fees to the customer. But then, at the end of the statement cycle, Ally refunds those fees. So this may actually be a good solution for the OP.

Nice post, chakat.
