Where was this when I was in college?

LOL. Spin the Bottle was a long time before college. More like 6th or 7th grade, I think.

Evanston was a very conservative city when I went to NU. It was a dry town at the time. We had to go to the south side of the border street between Evanston and Chicago (Howard St.) to find a bar. Drinking age was 18 at the time, so we were "legal," but there was no place to get a drink in Evanston. The WCTU was quite powerful back then.
TB, where's the video link?

Gee, I always thought Northwestern was a quality school!
"Where was this when I was in college?"

When I was in college, this kind of activity was confined to the Dorm...which was better because you could smoke pot while watching.
This made the rounds with a bunch of professor friends of mine who went from teaching classes to community outreach research. Their question was, "When can we go back to teaching?"
