Well Billy, according to fbi.gov, there are more white hate crime victims than I expected. Before you get all giddy and excited, it is nowhere close to the overall racial percentages. For example, out of the reported hate crimes in the last five years, the percentage of those victims that are white ranged from about 16% to 21%. For example in 2009, out of 3816 hate crime victims, 652 (16.5%) were anti-white but this doesn't tell the whole story to me. I would like to know the total number of crimes committed against white people committed by non-white people and vice-versa. Then, I could calculate those percentages. Let x represent the total number of crimes against white victims by non-white perps and y represent the the total number of crimes committed by against non-white victims by white perps. Calculate 652/x times 100% and 3164/y times 100%. A larger population group should have more total victims therefore the percentages within those victims would be higher. Of course, Billy may not consider fbi.gov as a legitimate source. Maybe it is controlled by the Tea Party?

So you were wrong, but rather than admit it you spew even more nonsense. Sad. Pathetic, yet oh so typical.
Maybe a better question....has the current administration pursued any Civil Rights cases where a non-Gay white was discriminated against? Or where there was a black defendant?

Me thinky NO.

How about the Black Panther voter intimidation case in Philadelphia? Seems like Eric Holder wants nothing to do with prosecuting that does he?

You mean the voter intimidation incident that happened under the Bush Admin's watch that they investigated and found no grounds for a case? Thats the one you are talking about, right? And then when Obama took office suddenly his administration was racist because they did not press charges in the same exact case that the previous administration said was baseless? Thats the one you are talking about, right?

Like I said. Me knowy NO.
By the way - from the Wisconsin State Journal:

"The teen is charged as a juvenile and no hate crime enhancers have been attached to the counts, according to Milwaukee County Chief Deputy District Attorney Kent Lovern.

Evidence against the youth does not support any hate crime enhancers, but they could be used against others who might face charges in connection with the assaults, Lovern said."

So - - no hate crime enhancer for the kid.

I guess that means they were beating up the white guys not because they hated them, just because they were easy to beat up and rob. There....makes total sense now.
pj, you are totally mistaken. The outgoing Bush filed in January, Holder took over a month later then dropped the charges.
Quite the contrary to what you said, the Bush lawyers were astounded that Holder (BO) dropped the case.
And the lawsuit was initially brought by civil rights lefty lawyers who were blown away by the new administration's actions. They probably have learned more about the BO Justice Dept. now:

I am always leary of a reference from any Rupert Murdoch-owned media or Huffington Post or MSNBC as being credible.

No, it means they don't have evidence to support a hate crime against this particular person. Since you appear to know so much about the case, what is this kid charged with and who did he do it to?
