It's pretty amazing that liberals believe 13 Russian nationals had more effective messaging than the DNC and the Clinton campaign combined. It's also pretty amazing that liberals think 13 Russian nationals can influence a Presidential election but millions and millions of illegal aliens can't.
On 15 August 2016 Mr. Trump read the allegations against Mr. Manafort concerning his (Mr. Manafort's) questionable activities and his receiving over $12-million from Ukraine. At the time Mr. Manaforte was the Trump Campaign Manager.
Mr. Trump responded "I've got a crook running my campaign", and directed the CEO of his campaign to fire Mr. Manafort. The CEO thought it would look bad and delayed the firing for three days, when additional allegations were published.

It seems Mr. Trump made the correct decision when he was made aware the facts.
Bob, why do you twist yourself in knots trying to diminish these stories? There were 120 plus Russian Nationals employed at the same location as these 13. They were all engaged in the same work. These are the thirteen that the prosecutor found sufficient evidence to charge. In addition to this one location, I understand there were at least 2 other locations in Russia carrying out similar operations that we know of. Each of these folks controlled 1,000s to 10,000s of unique social media sock puppet accounts.
These accounts would send out a fake news story through all their accounts to create fake trending topics on the various platforms. Sean Hannity and other conservative media stooges would come along and pick these stories up. The would put them on their own platforms without bothering to fact check them often within just a few minutes of the Russians having posted them. Within a couple of hours of being posted, millions of people would see these fake Russian stories in their own social media feeds, on cable news or on conservative web sites.
It worked because conservatives are more gullible now than they have ever been. Years of talk radio and conservative cable news have primed them to accept as truthful any story from those conservative opinion sources on nothing more than mere faith.
If you look back, it is amazing how many of those Russian created stories and memes found their way here to the LVA repeated as fact by you and your fellow comrades.
Liberals once again wish to blame Trump for Obama's transgressions.
