Trump signed an illegal executive order that tried to nullify the 14th Amendment's birthright citizenship clause. 18 states just filed suit to cancel the order.

The racist, treasonous fucks who are against birthright citizenship only need to go back a few generations to find parents who came to the US, hoping that their children would be born into a better life. Thus, said racist fucks are direct beneficiaries of birthright citizenship.

I'm given to understand that if even one of these states wins, the Turd's executive order will be null and void, and not just in the state where the court decision is made, but everywhere---is that the case? I can't imagine federal, particularly constitutional, laws being enforced/valid in some states but not others.

Wouldn't it be delicious, though, if everything Trump, the master of legal delay tactics, tried to do wound up tied up in court for all eternity? The only aggravating part would be that our tax dollars would be paying for the Turd Crusades.
