I've shown why this isn't true multiple times, if the pandemic doesn't matter then the deficit under Trump ballooned by almost $7.8 trillion and job loses were 2.7 million and the unemployment rate was 6.4%.

If you are going to credit Trump with the pandemic-caused low gas prices in 2020, then we get to criticize Trump for his monster job losses and monster deficit spending in 2020. I mean fairs fair, right?
