Yep. Absolutely nothing. He shut down travel from China--where the virus was not originating with travelers to the US--but continued to allow travel from Europe--where it WAS originating with travelers to the US. Fauci and other experts told him this multiple times in Feb and Mar 2020. He didn't listen, because a) he hates China and b) cutting off travel from Europe would have cost him money.
He then went to the "drink bleach" and "take horse tranquilizers" stage--while Americans were dying by the tens of thousands.
So yes, he did nothing; in fact, he did less than nothing. He mostly hid at Mar El Asshole, but every time he emerged, he did something stupid that killed even more Americans.
